Youth Sports Performance - Kids who move better perform better

Wrapping up the season for 2016, and the results are in for the young athletes that participated with our Youth Sports Performance.  Athletes doing multiple six week seasons improved their vertical jump up to 17% and their shuttle run times 14%.  We focus on the basic movement skills of sprinting and agility and combine core strength training.  Our middle school aged athlete will set a strong foundation for their future sport performance.
