Come out and support our team this Sunday at the Highland Games downtown. We love that our staff and members are always finding a new goal to reach for and inspiring one another to get out of the same old workout habits by creating different ways to move, lift and train. Our trainer, Henry Nowell has led the group to prep for this upcoming event (read more here: http://www.celticstaugustine.com/highland-games/) by putting them up to out of the box movements and activities that included -but definitely weren't limited to- launching kettlebells on our backyard outdoor obstacle course. The team; led by Henry, Heidi and Grant; have had a blast and we can't wait to see the results. Join us March 13th at 10am where all the hard work pays off.
