Beach Bootcamps!

Looking for a way to get a workout in while enjoying our beautiful beaches? We've got options for you Monday-Friday. Open to members and non-members and guaranteed to provide results and a workout unlike any other:

Join Josh every Tuesday and Friday at 8am for a bootcamp that will run you through cardio intervals and strength-training circuits utilizing body-weight, the environment and the occasional equipment (think bands and trx). Members pay $5 and Non-members $10. Meet up at the Vilano Beach Pavilion. (Currently in session.)

Join Maria for a bootcamp at the Saint Augustine Beach Pier focused on Cardio drills. First 45 minutes will work on getting your heart rate up, last 15 will allow you transition back into your day with a Core Flow to increase strength and flexibility. Meets every Monday and Wednesday at 8am at the Pavilion by the pier. $10 (Will begin May 2nd.)
