Our current 6 week season of Team Training is set to finish September 9th.
This means that during our recovery week, September 12th - 16th, classes will still run every weekday and remain available as a complimentary trial offer to our members.

TEAM meets: Monday- Friday 6am 9am 10:30am 6pm
TRX* meets: Wednesday and Friday 5am Tuesday and Thursday 8am
*TRX classes cap at 5 participants per
