TRX Fit is a high-intensity interval workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer. Designed to build muscular endurance, burn fat, improve mobility and increase cardio capacity, this intermediate paced class is geared to those who want a balanced but challenging workout either before of at the end of their day. Previous TRX experience is recommended but not required.
