Female athletes run a 2 to 10 times greater risk to experience knee injury. Anatomy, bio mechanics, hormones, poor motor skills, and lack of strength all can contribute to the risk. While we can't do much regarding the hormones, our Youth Sports Performance training can address the motor skills and strength needed to put your daughter in an advantageous position. Injuries cannot always be prevented, but its clear our daughters run a high risk when playing youth sports. We want to make sure our young athletes are prepared physically to face the sporting challenges.
Sessions run Monday and Wednesday at 3:30. Cost is $100 per month.
