Our Small Group Training is Team

With thoughtful programming, attention from a well-educated trainer, enthusiastic fellow teammates that hold you accountable…this is the program you’ve been needing. Every session addresses mobility, strength, foundational movements (squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry) and more.

TRX: Work with Suspension and RIP trainers as well as other functional strength tools to improve overall core strength and stability.

AquaFIT: A non-traditional Aqua class that features dynamic movement. A different way to move for greater strength, mobility, endurance and speed.

StaBalanced: Focuses on movement and strength with an emphasis on correct functional form and balance.

StaCore: This format considers all foundational movements in an effort to strength core and torso stabilization.

StaDynamic: Build total body strength using innovative strength and sculpting movement with tools like Maces, Med Balls, TRX, Kettlebells, RIP Trainers, bodyweight and more.

StaStrong: Find your strength as you squat, hinge. lunge. push and pull.

Havoc: The ultimate outdoor workout. Timed intervals as you move through stations that feature sled push and pulls, ladder drills. tire flips, kettlebell swings, med ball slams and SO MUCH MORE!

Havoc Amphibous: First half follows Havoc land workout while second half takes you into the water for even more power, strength and endurance.

We've all experienced times in our fitness journeys where results start to stagnate, inspiration slacks off or a desire to learn new methods occur. When that happens we can wait for the tide to turn, get back to the drawing board OR hire a professional to re-work the fitness game for us. If one on one training or small group training isn't your cup of tea, or if it doesn't fit your pocketbook, then a written program is the ideal choice to get the results you're after.

Coach Henry offers a 6 week program focused on foundational movements and progressive lifts geared to get you stronger. This program can be implemented in any space that provides a bench and weights. No membership is required and results are guaranteed.

Coach Becky offers a 6 week program formatted with intervals that provide mobility, conditioning and strength-training blocks to provide a well-rounded workout. The workouts are designed to be time-efficient because, as a working Mama, Becky knows how valuable it is to feel like you got it all done and can get on with the rest of the many tasks life throws at you.

There's more to achieving results than just showing up. Planning ahead what your workout will look like gives your sessions purpose, accountability, inspiration, measurement, and so much more. When you plan even more than just the one session in front of you with goals of strength, mobility, weight-loss, performance- that's when your results will really begin to be realized.
