Join Josh every Tuesday and Friday at 8am for a bootcamp that will run you through cardio intervals and strength-training circuits utilizing body-weight, the environment and the occasional equipment (think bands and trx). Members pay $5 and Non-members $10. Meet up at the Vilano Beach Pavilion.
