Professional trainers can bring out the best of your fitness and lifestyle.  Personal training and small group training are available for our members as an additional benefit.  Individual training consists of one-on-one training in 30 to 60 minute sessions.  Small group training occurs on set times and is available for up to 10 members. 

Anastasia Fitness Coaches are very serious about designing your individual workout program based on your fitness assessment and goals. They take time to listen to you and understand your needs before your sessions begin. Our Coaches are experts at pushing you to your limit so you can reach your optimal fitness level in a healthy amount of time.

RICH WILSON

Rich is a certified NASM Personal trainer and NSCAA nationally licensed coach. Rich has an extensive background in fitness, training, sports performance coaching. A former Maryland All State Player, Rich started out playing Division I soccer in college and then played as a midfielder with Baltimore Kickers and Maryland Bays organizations. For over 25 years now, Rich has developed and trained youth sports performance in soccer, basketball, tennis and golf.  Rich, a native to Baltimore Maryland moved to Pittsburgh fifteen years ago, where he perused his love of teaching in psychology and history at the high school level. He has coached tennis and soccer at the High School and Cup levels. Rich has two children and enjoys competing in triathlons and Iron Man competitions. Over the past few years Rich has turned his love of fitness into a full time career. He has a passion for performance and functional training helping his clients develop balance, strength and improving their quality of life.

 

HENRY NOWELL Henry has studied Sports Science at East Tennessee State University and is a Professional Performance Trainer holding some of the leading fitness certifications in the nation. Henry has a passion for working with a wide variety of individuals, helping them to define fitness for themselves and achieve their many different goals ranging from healthy weight-loss to success in school-age athletics. He believes in developing healthy lifestyles for a lifetime by offering nutritional guidance, classic strength-training and new age cardio training. MS . CSCS . USAW . Crossfit

The benefits she saw for herself and her students with physical activity beyond yoga made her hungry to expand towards all the possibilities fitness had to offer and she became certified in group exercise through AFAA; teaching spin, circuit, boot-camp and abs classes weekly at Anastasia Fitness. Becky believes that commitment to a fitness program can help to influence better quality of life beyond the obvious physical benefits of such a dedication and it is her passion to help formulate individually-designed work-outs to help her clients achieve such an experience. JOSH MORTON

Josh has been with the Club for over a year now, but is now our newest Personal Trainer on staff. His passion for fitness started in high school, where he ran both Cross Country and Track and Field for St. Augustine High School. Josh attended Stetson University, where he ran Cross Country and received his B.B.A. in Marketing. From there, he began working the front desk at the Club while studying for his PT Certification. Josh believes in achieving fitness goals through a balance of strength and endurance exercises along with a healthy lifestyle. He can provide one-on-one as well as group training, while incorporating a wide variety of new and classic exercises to help clients reach their fitness goals.

KEVIN VANDYKE

Kevin has arrived as a Trainer/Coach following a 26 yr career as a business executive.  With an accounting degree and a MBA from University of Florida, and a former CPA,  Kevin understands performance and results.  Kevin now holds an ACSM Personal Trainer Certification and a Level 1 Functional Movement Certification.  He has coached youth and High School Basketball for 10 years, most recently as an Assistant with St Augustine High School Boys Basketball.  Kevin’s fitness passion is strength development, youth training, kettlebell training and team training.  His favorite workouts earn quality, local craft beer.  Kevin was born in Miami, FL, raised in Ft. Lauderdale and a St Augustine resident since 1999.   Kevin and his wife Marcy are the owners of Anastasia Fitness.
