Aerial Fitness

Fly Classes will resume with a brand new season Tuesday, February 16th at 9am.
The 4 week program will run every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am. "Every body" is fit to participate in this program that fuses Pilates, yoga, aerial-inspired dance and fitness while partially or fully suspended. Fly has been incredibly popular with our members and space is limited so please email with your reservation or stop by the front desk to purchase your program asap! $100 covers all 8 of your 60 minute sessions.
