Learn to brace the core, engage the glutes, and align the pelvis. WITHOUT PAIN. Create a stronger foundation to support the spine, increase movement, and decrease pain associated with weak core muscles. This is a one-hour class over five weeks. $30 per class.

Tuesdays at 11 - noon. First series starts Nov 5th.
