Positions
Coach
Working one one-on-one with clients or in a small group, we know that the coach makes the difference. Equipment, location and programming are all secondary to a coach who can listen and deliver advice for clients to reach their potential.
Qualifications
Certification from a nationally recognized authority(NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
1-2 years experience, entry level is possible.
Proven curiosity and application with an area of specialization to go with the general skills of a qualified coach. Examples would be fat loss, back pain, mobility, hypertrophy, sports performance, longevity.
Front Desk
You run the gym. When you are at the front desk, you are the first and last person to make an impression with our client experience. Your enthusiasm toward fitness, community and positive life style is obvious. Your ability to make a decision regarding a member issue, question or facility concern is required.
Qualifications
Positive attitude. Friendly demeanor.
Ability to complete tasks, compulsion towards organization and cleanliness.
Proven ability to arrive on-time and willingness to work early shifts 5-9AM or evening shifts 5-9PM.

Swim Instructor
Teach children and adults how to enjoy the water and make it a part of their fitness and life. We are an oceanfront town, watersports are a difference for our community’s lifestyle. Good swimmers have more fun.
Qualifications
Certified lifeguard or swim instructor.
Willingness to work in the water and offer attention to detail and security for the swimmer to learn at their best.
Proven ability to handle awkward situations, swim instruction requires patience and empathy and courage to get the best out of the clients.
