Goal: To improve overall strength and adopt healthy lifestyle habits.
For your 6-week challenge, you will take the ThriveFit small group classes, which Strength and Conditioning Coach Mike Boyle develops. You will begin by meeting with a coach to test your baseline on markers of general fitness. Examples of acceptable fitness for a 50-year-old are:
Pushup - Female 9: Male 15 reps.
Suspension Rows - Female 9: Male 12 reps.
Goblet Squat - Female 10 reps with 40 lbs: Male 10 reps with 60 lbs.
Deadlift - Female 10 reps 85 lbs: Male 10 reps 105 lbs.
1 mile Assault bike ride - Female 2:50: Male 2:45.
Box Jump - Female 6”: Male 12”.

This class is specifically designed for people who suffer from, but not limited to:
Spinal Stenosis. Spondylosis. Spondyloslisthesis. Arthritic changes to the spine. Spinal fusions.
Susan had her first back surgery in 2015 and has had two subsequent surgeries since. She has self-rehabilitated herself and continues to use therapeutic exercises. She will guide you through safe movements to rehab your back and move freely without pain. This 50-minute class will be on Mondays at 11 am $32.50 per class.
