For your 6-week challenge, you will take the ThriveFit small group classes, which Strength and Conditioning Coach Mike Boyle develops. You will begin by meeting with a coach to test your baseline on markers of general fitness. Examples of acceptable fitness for a 50-year-old are:
Pushup - Female 9: Male 15 reps.
Suspension Rows - Female 9: Male 12 reps.
Goblet Squat - Female 10 reps with 40 lbs: Male 10 reps with 60 lbs.
Deadlift - Female 10 reps 85 lbs: Male 10 reps 105 lbs.
1 mile Assault bike ride - Female 2:50: Male 2:45.
Box Jump - Female 6”: Male 12”.

My name is Yury, I am a yoga teacher, a holistic coach and a certified Wim Hof Method instructor through which I facilitate breathwork, cold exposure and mindset training workshops.
The workshop is about 4 hours and consists of introductions, theory and science behind the method that lasts about 45 minutes in total. Then we go into the powerful breath-work session followed by meditation. This part goes on for about an hour.
After a short break for a snack we get into the cold exposure part. Every person gets individual guidance in the ice bath (ice bath is optional). When we are done with the ice baths I wrap it up with Q&A’s, share knowledge from Yoga and what I call the Holistic approach to give the participants an unexpected extra bonus of powerful information they will take home with them to integrate into their lives.

You met the August Challenge of hitting 2000 MEPS? Now the Americas Challenge begins in October!
Thank you to our members participating in the Myzone Americas Challenge last month!
Members who earned 2,000+ MEPs in August are moving on to our National Challenge starting October 1st. 1st place will be the Top MEPs earner and 9 winners will be selected at random. To qualify for the randomized prize drawing, they'll need to earn 3,000 MEPs. Only MEPs earned in the Blue, Green, Yellow, Red Zones will be counted toward the October challenge. The Grey Zone will be excluded. At the end of October, we'll tally up the points and select the winners. We'll have 10 winners total.
