Every Friday at 4pm we run a circuit on our outdoor obstacle course that will kick your butt in just under 30 minutes! Pull-ups, wall climbs, ropes, burpees, monkey bars, dips and so much more to get your heart rate up as you build strength an endurance. Everything you could ask for in a happy hour with more than enough time to move on to your weekend plans.
