Sessions begin Wednesday, August 23rd meaning August tuition will be half-price.

A workout class designed for tumblers from beginning to advanced. The class will focus on overall mental and physical development including physical strength and flexibility, mobility/movement, body awareness, and the how's and why's of proper form and technique. This is all achieved by following USA gymnastics progression and safety guidelines. Through progressive drills designed to develop proper form and technique, each tumbler will achieve their personal goals.

The Spin then Yoga class combo is ideal for beginners or folks getting back into the gym.  Spin is energizing, calorie burning and warms up your muscles preparing them for beginner/intermediate yoga that follows.  Yoga is important for injury prevention, stress relief and can release muscles that may be causing pain or discomfort.  With Yoga, if you have issues in your body that make some movements difficult you can opt out or just do what you  can do comfortably. 

Both Spin and Yoga or non-competitive, low impact exercises you can do at your own pace, perfect for the start of the day.

Afterschool Athletic Program

YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Participants are middle school aged with sport or athletic improvement needs.

General Physical Preparation (GPP).  Training intended to provide balanced physical conditioning in endurance, strength, speed, flexibility and other basic factors to prepare the youth for sport specific training.  Emphasis on strength development and motor skills.

Sport Specific Training.  Following GPP, add sprint training and plyometrics that will translate to improved sport performance.

Space is limited. $100/MONTH

MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS 3:30PM

 

Back to School means Back to Fit

Summer schedules can wreak havoc on a work-out routine. Now, that the kids are headed back to school we want to help you to get back on track. Sign-up by August 18th and your $49 activation fee will be waived.

Amenities include:

Youth TumbleFIT Summer Camp

July 31-August 3 ( 1-4pm) $175

These camps are designed for every active kid from the beginning tumbler to the advanced tumbler. We will be focusing on overall conditioning from improving strength, flexibility, mobility, body awareness and the how's and why's to proper form and technique while following USA gymnastics progressions and safety guidelines. Each tumbler will discover personal goals, work drills and techniques to achieve their personal goals.
