Summer Camp Tumbling for Athletes

Ms. Minnette's 1st week is coming to a close but we have plenty of opportunities going forward!

Week 2: June 12-15 WORKING SKILLS Handstands, Cartwheels, Back Flexibility

Week 3: June 19-22 WORKING SKILLS mixed

Week 4: June 26-29 FINE TUNE HIGHER SKILLS Core/Legs, BHS, Walkovers, Tuck

Week 5: July 31-Aug 3 COMBINED SKILLS

Camps are $175 or $495 for 3 weeks and take place from 1-4pm each day.

Youth Tumbling for Athletes Summer Camp

These camps are designed for every active kid desiring to understand more fully proper body alignment , body awareness, and movement while improving strength, flexibility and over-all mental and physical health. This class will follow USA Gymnastics progressions and safety guidelines in developing your budding athlete to become confident in proper technique and physical skill with the added bonus of accomplishing their tumbling skills! Camps are based on multi-skill level, but contacting the instructor prior to camp is encouraged. The activities in these classes will be a benefit to all sport, dance or any other extra-curricular activities your child participates in or for the child who just needs a safe cool environment to move.

CAMP COST $175 PER WEEK OR $495 FOR 3 WEEKS

WEEK 1: June 5-9 (M-F) 1:00-4:00

WEEK 2: JUNE 12-15 (M-TH) 1:00-4:00

WEEK 3: JULY 10-13 (M-TH) 1:00-4:00

Tumbling Summer Camp with Minnette

Elementary and middle-school ages welcome to this mobility and strength training focused program rooted in gymnastics mat work and more!

Youth Sports Performance Training - Help your daughter avoid being a knee injury statistic

Female athletes run a 2 to 10 times greater risk to experience knee injury.  Anatomy, bio mechanics, hormones, poor motor skills, and lack of strength all can contribute to the risk.  While we can't do much regarding the hormones, our Youth Sports Performance training can address the motor skills and strength needed to put your daughter in an advantageous position.  Injuries cannot always be prevented, but its clear our daughters run a high risk when playing youth sports.  We want to make sure our young athletes are prepared physically to face the sporting challenges.

Sessions run Monday and Wednesday at 3:30.  Cost is $100 per month.

Our Newest TRX option begins TONIGHT!

TRX FIT

TRX Fit is a high-intensity interval workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer. Designed to build muscular endurance, burn fat, improve mobility and increase cardio capacity, this intermediate paced class is geared to those who want a balanced but challenging workout either before of at the end of their day. Previous TRX experience is recommended but not required.
