TRX Fit is a high-intensity interval workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer. Designed to build muscular endurance, burn fat, improve mobility and increase cardio capacity, this intermediate paced class is geared to those who want a balanced but challenging workout either before of at the end of their day. Previous TRX experience is recommended but not required.

We are excited to be able to now offer our TRX programing for our after-work crowd led by our newest coach, Chris Cygul. Join him every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. Classes will be complimentary next week and then pricing will be as follows:

Meet our newest coach! Chris Cygul found a passion for wellness by helping people become more active through group fitness, working tirelessly to learn, grow, and become a charismatic instructor. After completing the NASM Personal Trainer curriculum, Chris now helps his clients move better and live more fulfilling lives, no matter their training goal. As a Master Trainer, he qualifies personal other trainers around the country to use all TRX Training tools, programming and foundational movement principles most effectively.
Whether or not you choose to eat before working out, make some wise foods choices after exercising. Protein is necessary to rebuild muscles, while carbs will re-stock glycogen, or energy stores, in your muscles. Eating within 15 to 30 minutes post-workout is ideal, but if this isn’t possible, aim for within 60 minutes.
It's best to have a plan for what you are going to eat post-workout and whole foods are best but sometimes a busy day gets away from us. When that happens, we've got you covered. Stop by the desk for a protein bar or a drink to sustain you. While you're in stock up on a protein powder to help power your recovery and maximize your results.

Join Kevin and Josh and learn how to stretch, train and correct your shoulders. Workshop will take place on-site but can also be viewed live on our Facebook feed.
These workshops will continue every second Saturday of each month in an effort to cultivate more body awareness and accuracy as you move through your fitness routines. Our hope is to assist you in more productive movement with less downtime from possible injury due to incorrect form.
