Join Kevin and Josh and learn how to stretch, train and correct your shoulders. Workshop will take place on-site but can also be viewed live on our Facebook feed.
These workshops will continue every second Saturday of each month in an effort to cultivate more body awareness and accuracy as you move through your fitness routines. Our hope is to assist you in more productive movement with less downtime from possible injury due to incorrect form.
