Good Samaritan Health Centers, Inc.
The Good Samaritan Health Centers, Wildflower Clinic is a safety-net health care organization providing free medical and dental services to the over 30,000 economically disadvantaged individuals identified in St. Johns County who are uninsured. Our clinics provide services regardless of race, gender, religion or creed.
The Wildflower Clinic began its roots in 2008 and has continued to expand its services in response to a growing need and with the help of generous donors and volunteers. This past year, the Wildflower Clinic provided over 6,400 patient visits throughout our medical and dental clinics, including a number of specialty visits. Our clinics are successfully staffed with over 240 volunteer doctors, dentists, nurse practitioners, nurses, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and clerical personnel.
Our 2015 Harvest Party is coming up on Sunday, November 8th from 4pm-8pm. It will be held at Tringali Barn in St. Augustine and will feature food, drink, and entertainment. All proceeds from this fund raiser will go to cover Wildflower Clinic operating expenses including utilities, medical, dental and office supplies, and payroll for our staff who provide support for our volunteers.
Please contact Colette Platts at (904) 806-3333 or by email at crsbjp@yahoo.com to see how you can help.
All donations are tax-deductible, and all sponsors will receive recognition in our clinic newsletter, signage at our event and on our event program, and a business logo on our website. Through our unique structure, we leverage your gift 4-½ times! Please see the attached form for more information.
