New Evening Group Fitness Schedule

While we understand routine can be a comfort we know it's important to avoid/overcome plateaus as well as avoid mental fatigue with the same ol' same ol'. We want to ensure you avoid those plateaus and stay excited about showing up for the challenge of a good workout. We will be introducing a new evening schedule every four months. Our first re-write in the series will begin the week following Thanksgiving.
