Becky & Minnette Introduce:
A 6 week program with a focus to building strength while increasing flexibility and mobility to allow for progress towards hand standing, back-bending and arm-balances. Sessions will occur on Mondays at 5pm and drills will be assigned weekly to continue work independently.
