StaSTRONG Team Training

This program is about strength and development Our certified trainers will apply tried and true techniques for participants to develop strength and overall fitness with programming that some would call "Euro-style" or "Old School". This program will introduce and make use of various types of resistance including: Bodyweight, TRX, Barbells, and Kettlebells. Sessions will also include metabolic conditioning elements and core training. 

Meets MWF at 6am and 6pm
