Studio Schedule January 2022 - NEW CLASSES
PILATES CORE - Tuesdays at 11am with Naomi.
Pilates Core focuses on overall body strength, balance, coordination, and stability using a variety of tools such as sticks and rings to enhance the experience. In this class you will become very familiar with initiating movement from the core out. The goal is to create bodily body awareness and optimize the ability to engage in everyday activities such as sports, dance, swimming, walking, hiking, however you do you.
COMMUNITY YOGA @ MANGROVE SURF + SUPPLY - 2nd Saturday of the month @ 9am
We are happy to add our third community yoga class at Mangrove Surf + Supply. Kayla will lead a flow series in the beautiful backyard porch of our MemberPerx partner's shop at 4085 A1A S. The first class is January 8th. Bring a friend, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and check out their merchandise at 10% off for members.
Announcement - Deva Parnell and Discovery Yoga will be hosting their teacher training sessions in The Studio. These will be held Saturday - Sunday once a month. There will also be occasional workshops, which will be an exciting opportunity to have available to members and the community to enhance their practice. Stay tuned for those dates. We will try to be as least disruptive as possible, but some weekend classes will be shifted during these sessions, so check the schedule on the app as needed.
