Phase 1

Welcome to Phase 1. We will use this phase to reinforce the basic tenets of ThriveFit. The next 12 months will be an investment in building a highly functional body.

In Phase 1, there will be an emphasis on basic movements as we strive for perfection. Understand that the correctives (such as the toe hold squat) are an opportunity for assessment. It is with near perfection of the movement that we can make the biggest gains in strength. In the example of the toe hold squat, getting your squat fundamentally solid allows you to perform the movement with more weight, thus making gains in strength.
