TRX Performance
TRX PERFORMANCE IS A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE WAY FOR ANYONE, REGARDLESS OF EXPERIENCE OR FITNESS LEVEL, TO DEVELOP FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH AND MUSCLE. THE FOUNDATION OF THE PROGRAM IS CENTERED AROUND DEVELOPING A STRONG CORE AND MASTERING THE PRINCIPLES OF BALANCE AND POSTURE.
Sessions Occur:
Wednesdays and Fridays 5am
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am or 6pm
