Use the extra day of the leap year and practice the kettlebell swing

Feb 29, we get an extra day this year. Its a Saturday and at 10AM, we will host a clinic on swinging the kettlebell. As Pavel T, has shared since the early 2000’s, the kettlebell may be the best tool in the gym for strength and conditioning, that everyone can use and benefit. There are basics to the kettlebell that once understood, can open up a variety of options. The primary foundation is the swing and the hard style/russian style swing. We will go over this exercise and you will leave the clinic with a clear understanding how to swing the kettlebell to live better longer.
