Try out her new MWF 6:30am class too!

Bootcamp engages your entire body with cardio, lower body, upper body and core exercises. This class is 45 minutes, full of continuous circuits to challenge each area of your body. Participants will be pushed to their limits while having correct form, in an atmosphere in which everyone can excel and motivate each other. Circuit training is one of the easiest ways to keep your heart rate up and target multiple muscle groups at once. It’s time to challenge yourself to a high intensity workout that changes day to day and incorporates total body conditioning.
