Functional Training with Coach Alex

Alex has forwarded his passion for movement, wellness and physical longevity by getting certified in addressing and correcting common human bio-mechanical dysfunctions through posture and gait oriented movement techniques by one of the most respected functional training organizations in the industry. 

He is excited to train clients in one on one, small group and through clinics to help members learn how to train safely and creatively to eliminate pain and stress on the spine and joints, leading to a healthier, stronger body that will last better longer.
