SUP Yoga Workshop
Have you always wanted to try Paddleboard yoga because it looks like so much fun but you are fearful of the ocean? Or do you think perhaps doing yoga postures on the open water would be too hard? We developed this workshop just for you! Join us in the STAFIT pool on September 22nd from 5:15pm to 6:30pm as Kelly Simmons, owner of Koastal Paddleboard Yoga and one of our fitness coaches, leads you through a series of postures on land and then on paddleboards anchored in the pool. This will allow you to see and feel the difference of how the same postures are practiced on land vs on paddleboards. Her paddleboards have full sized yoga mats built right in—making them super stable and comfy. Perfect for all levels of yoga students. Workshop size will be limited to 8 people.
