Our best day is when we make a difference, today was incredible working with young athletes

Kids just want to learn and grow. They want to be the best version of themselves. They are motivated and curious. Today we had six middle school athletes start sprint camp. How to accelerate and run faster will be the program for the next four weeks. These young guys currently play football, soccer and baseball. They have supporting families. They could be doing a lot of different activities for their kids, but they have chosen something that will be life-changing and have an immense impact for their middle school athlete..

Are you serious? Fair question to ask, but today I coached young athletes that did not know how to run, how to sprint, how to change direction or how to jump. They can do all of those movements, but not with the skill that they will be taught and using every day for the rest of their lives. In four weeks they will move skillfully and have the foundation to build future athleticism. Without the foundation, future development will not be the same.

Help your child be an athlete first. Being an athlete first means a competitor that moves well, has muscle memory and has coordination. An athlete will always have an advantage. Knowing how to move well and doing it will translate to lifelong athleticism. Some kids can pick some of it up naturally, the rest need to be taught.

June 16 is last day to join our current session Tues and Thur at 10:30AM. Two spots remain open.
