Aching back?

Join us on September 27th for a free, open event featuring Leven Potter, DPT, and Susan Adbelnor, CPT.

The session will begin with Dr. Potter, a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and sports-related injuries. She’ll discuss common spinal dysfunctions and explain how she evaluates clients for poor movement patterns. With advanced certifications in treating spine and shoulder impairments, as well as certification in dry needling, Dr. Potter uses a hands-on approach to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help patients reach their goals.

Next, you’ll hear from Susan Adbelnor, coach and personal trainer at Anastasia Fitness. After undergoing spinal fusion surgery in 2015 followed by two additional procedures, Susan continues her own self-rehabilitation journey. She’ll lead an interactive session—so come ready to move—highlighting the link between strength, mobility deficits, and back pain.

This event is designed to educate participants on understanding, evaluating, and managing back pain, while exploring strategies to reduce discomfort and avoid unnecessary surgery. Please share with friends and relatives. All are welcome. Saturday, September 27th at 11 am.
