Turkish Get-Up

The TGU (Turkish Get-Up) is sometimes nicknamed the wrestler’s yoga in strength training circles. Pavel, the world renown Russian kettlebell coach emphasized the TGU for its special blend of strength, mobility, and body control. Anastasia Fitness has three certified Strong First coaches on staff. Strong First is the premier training program for all things kettlebell. We offer 30 minute Kettle Practice classes four times a week. Learn the swing, snatch, TGU and other dynamic moves for a quick workout with a punch! Try out a class in a small group setting with a personal trainer to help.
