Live better longer is our mantra. Strength training and specifically eccentric strength training will be a big contributor to your longevity and quality of your life. Riding a bike, swimming, yoga and other low impact activities are beneficial and when you add strength training, you can be confident that you are doing your best to prepare for the worst.
