Rules of Movement

  1. First to last movement should be pain free. Pain is a lagged indicator, it should not be your first call to action.

  2. Movement is performance oriented versus task oriented. Work only with good form.

  3. Reproduce brace model every time. Prep and maintain your core and stance.

  4. Achieving full range of motion. Without the full expression of the joint, muscle, tendons and tissue, the body cannot create the force necessary for successful movement.
