We are offering a 50-day guided program to change your physique and overall health through consistency, sacrifice, and accountability. Led by coach JJ , you will be given 4 weekly workouts, healthy habits, and daily check-ins. Can we guarantee results? No, but we can give you everything YOU need to succeed. The ideal version of yourself already exists within you. Allow us to assist you in discovering and embodying that person.

January 8th begins StaFit First Hard Thing Challenge

JUST $150 FOR 50 DAYS OF TRAINING

Get unstuck and create what you truly want. This challenge will keep you on track with shared videos, relevant content, and musings.

Honest, down-to-earth, and light-hearted approach.

The coach will guide you for 50 days to be active, release a bad habit, and find the person inside that is waiting for you.

*Consistency

  • 100 reps of a movement or 1 hour workout of your choice.

  • 2 ThriveFit classes a week

  • Tuesday and Thursday kettlebell workouts

  • Read a minimum of 10 pages per day

*Sacrifice

  • Abstain from drinking, junk food, or a vice

  • Choose your own diet and stick to it, keto, paleo, Whole 30

*Accountability

  • Daily uploads of JJ’s workout

  • Weekly article for inspiration

  • Members post photos of their daily work and food choices as well

  • Shared comments and posts in a private FB community

*Results driven. InBody analysis at the beginning and completion of the 50 days.
