Mondays at 4:30pm Dynamic Conditioning: 45 minutes of conditioning with strength and mobility flows inspired by yoga and gymnastics movements and poses.
Mondays at 5:20pm Drills: 60 minutes with a focus to achieving more advanced yoga postures as well as; pull-ups, chin-ups, pistol squats and more!
