Team Training with Intent

Our Team Training program is available to all regardless of membership. The cost is the same whether you enjoy all of our amenities or only want to participate in Team. Formats at times take place in the pool or on land and implement Kettlebells, Indian Clubs, Bodyweight, Maces, Free-weights, land mines, med-balls and more! Every session will include blocks to cover Mobility, Conditioning and Strength-training while making sure you will squat, hinge, pull, push, carry, rotate and counter-rotate.
