Summer Camps and Classes

Our staff and owners believe in fitness for the whole family. Helping kids to play and move in ways that build confidence, skill, and physical health. Year round we offer group and one-on-one classes and programs that turn out kids who feel more confident in themselves, more joyful in their interactions with their peers, and more in charge of their own health and physical fitness.

This summer we are keeping that ball rolling by offering both indoor and outdoor summer classes and programs. From gymnastics, to sport-specific training, to cross-country. Keep an ear out as we roll out all that Anastasia Fitness will be offering the youth this summer.

It hasn’t been the easiest past year for kids and we hope to offer a space for them to be themselves, move their bodies, and feel good about all they are capable of in play, sport, relationships, and fitness. Click the button below to find out more:
