Yoga Studio

Our yoga studio offers a variety of traditions and styles to meet our students’ needs and wants. We also love that we are situated in Anastasia Fitness gym which allows for our students to weight train, get in some cardio, AND access the locker rooms for a shower, sauna, and steam after class. If students only want to take yoga, that’s fine too. Students pay $79 a month for Studio only but if at any time you decide you want gym access too it’s just $6 more a month.

The benefits of a regular yoga practice are extraordinary and if you’ve still yet to take a class we encourage you to drop-in any day of the week. Often people make assumptions about yoga studios that just aren’t true. That they’ll walk into a class and all the students will be freakishly flexible or bizarrely strong- and while there are multiple levels of capability in each class, we are all just students, including the teachers! Everyone is simply on the 6 feet of their mat space in their own little world, no judgements, no competition. In fact, there is a wonderful camaraderie of support and inclusion in our yoga community in which we all just want to see one another find the mental calm and physical well-being a regular practice can provide.
