Kettlebell Training with Kevin

Robert Merrell found me from StrongFirst, my method for kettlebell training and certification.  He drove over from Gainesville to get a weekly dose of hard style kettlebell training, with his goal of passing the StrongFirst certification.

I enthusiastically recommend Kevin with reservation!  The 90mile trip to see him was well worth it given his expertise, passion and client-centered approach.  Kevin pays attention to athletic intention and history.  He asks astute questions--and responds thoughtfully to feedback--in order to optimize development/implementation of appropriate training protocals.  He is kind and driven coach, someone I'd recommend to my siblings, friends or parents.  He inspires beyond the gym with well-timed texts.  He truly cares.

Keep your New Year's Resolutions Podcast
